New branch of Metro Bank should open soon, hopefully before end of year 2018. From my experience with other branches this is a good concept, especially opening on Saturdays and Sundays when small business owners have a breather to do some in-house admin and banking. Emphasis on online banking great but attending to telephone still needs a lot of attention. Long waiting periods. Direction good, implementation zero.
