Not too bad of a bowling alley but as usual the guards don't work correctly and for some reason it's now either everyone has them up or nobody does which kind of ruins it when you're a mixed ability group
Not enough bowling balls for the kids. Customers are expected to scramble around for them and argue with other people's kids in order to get a ball. Waited an hour for pre ordered good. My kids wanted to leave before finishing their game because they got fed up of waiting for a ball or having them taken off them by older kids. I complained and managed to get a refund but I had to really kick up a stink to get it. I was told "Well you did choose to come at a time when we have a lot of parties"..... Like I knew!!! Manager wouldn't admit it was disgraceful. Overall. Terrible. If you go with youngsters avoid busy times and maybe take your own bowling ball!!!
We had two games of bowling and bought burgers and fries. Book online much cheaper. You can bowl in your own shoes if you want too ( no heels ladies). Also amusements to play on and a few pool tables.
Bowling was fine, very busy on the Friday evening we went. Drinks and food massively overpriced and food quality was very poor... Burger and chips served to adults looking no better than a Happy meal.
As a group with work we played 2 games and had burgers with fries for 10 per person. Automatic scoreboards worked perfectly as did the pins and balls return unlike other places I have been before. The food arrived on time and was fairly good too.
