The doctors at this surgery are not good, my midwife is incompetent. My midwife Emma Kingsmill did not do any research which she should, I am in 9 months I do not know anything related to my childbirth and I had only 3 meetings from the beginning of my pregnancy. I asked the GP to change midwife, but they did not agree. I have big problems and Maple House sends me to other clinics, and they should not because other clinics said that my GP should help me with my problems. Immediately after childbirth I will change GP from Maple House to diffrent one. And as for my midwife, I will make a complaint about her bad work.
The ladies at reception were lovely to me ,,,twice actually . ... and very helpful when I didnt have my correct paper work ... my doctor was very busy (Dr.Stoke) but was very pleasant too .... much better practice than any doctors in Ireland
Waited all day for a call back no help as did not call me back and I have kiddny problem and they have say that they would not give me pain relief as are worried about me taking a overdoses which I have never do and never will do and I found out that they know that I had kiddny problem before me and refused me any help for it I.e scans, blood test, and what ever else and I could have lost my daughter if it was not for the hospital as the doctors had done not and they have say I don't have any problems so might take my meds of me which keeps me alive
Receptionist Amy Evans is exceptionally rude with a unprofessional attitude and poor patient communication skills. She has no empathy and should not be placed on the reciving end of patients. It is surprising Maple access employs such people.
Reseptionists and the security guys are ok-always pollite. But the doctors are horrible! I had to change the surgery because their lack of interest in patient and health problems. All they do-give medicine prescriptions without proper examinations. I dont think this is a right way to treat people with health issues-by guessing what sort of a problem can it be and fingers crossed medicine will help... Really?
