Had a really lovely afternoon at jungle red. Service was absolutely top notch, very friendly and welcoming, definitely my choice if you want a pamper and just relax knowing youre in good hands. I went because I heard they were he best in Northampton, and I have to agree! Never had a better experience at a salon.
Only constructive real talk on reviews.Called here today to get a bad attituded receptionist, My manner was good morning etc & I asked can yourselves do Curly mixed race hair and the girl said like Afro , I replied my daughter has tight curled hair but once washed and blowed easy to deal with . Her response was we dont do hair like that , an the phone cut off . Called back no answer, which suggests she hung on me .Called back in the afternoon, I asked to speak to the manager, she entertained me by saying Shes busy but I will take your name and number and she will call you back .No reply since , not a place I would have liked to waste my time with , as enquiries have to be asked before people attend hence number to call .

Awful experience. specifically asked not to be stripey, guess what - came out stripey with some bleach in my hair for good measure. After sitting listening to how ill the girl washing my hair was, an argument in the kitchen between 2 staff members & then how bad her last employer was by another, whilst looking at piles of old colour bowls, I was glad when it was over. Gone back to my old hairdresser never to dare to stray again.
This is the best hairdressers in town. I have my hair washed & dried 3 times a week and the staff are so friendly and professional, especially Sacha who is my current stylist and my friend Autumn who works on reception. I have been a loyal customer for many years and many of my friends use them now. Why not try them you won't be disappointed ?
