Always efficient, and friendly, sometimes slightly more expensive than other supply stores but their customer service is so good that it doesn't matter. Screwfix has the best click and collect service out there and coupled with the helpful staff at Brackmills I'd highly recommend them.

I came here to buy some shelf brackets after checking them out online on their website. As soon as I walked through the door the staff welcomed me in. I ordered my item and whilst this was processed the guy kept me informed of what he was doing, before leaving he said that if I wasn't happy with the item then I can being this back.I would always recommend Screwfix for their excellent customer service and stock availability.
