First Ill deal with why its not five star.I wanted and asked for my ring to be available by Christmas.It wasnt.Apologies given, which I accept.Took my wedding ring and that of by recently deceased wifes in to be made into one ring.Quoted a price , which it was when completed.The ring is amazing and a wonderful job has been done.Real craftsmanship.Really pleasant staff and impressed with the honesty and straightforward explanation given by Rhys, when it would have been easier to have come up with an excuse.
Went to look at watches for my son's birthday, wes is absolutely fantastic at what he does, he explained perfectly what we should and shouldn't be looking at, left after putting a deposit down on a watch that my son is really pleased with. And Wes even threw in some cufflinks that weren't part of the deal, top class service and very happy with the purchase. Third time in a few months that steffs has been first choice for a special purchase and third time of being impressed.
Lovely shop quality jewellery and brilliant service
Very disappointed! I rang the Northampton shop which is local to me on Thurs to inquire about a George Jensen bracelet and was told they hadn't got one there, but to try the Market Harborough shop. The gentleman there checked and said they had one in stock and he would hold it for me to pick up the next day (Friday) or Saturday at the latest. He took all my details etc, and when I arrived over at the Market Harborough store the next day, they told me that they hadn't got one in stock , but were expecting some any time. That's not what I expected after I had driven over there from Northampton and had kept my side of the bargain. Their loss, as I bought an even nicer one from Denhams across the road from them.
Very nice staff. Had some jewellery cleaned. Was offered a drink while I waited. Would recommend
