Went there to get a suit dry cleaned, which we'd done in other places without any complications. The lady told us she couldn't take it as it didn't have a label with washing instructions (it's tailor made); it's wool so we searched online what products can be used safely on it; we showed it to this lady and asked her if those were the products they use. She didn't know and also wasn't interested in finding out. Then a couple walks in and she starts taking out sofa covers, covered in white dog hair, that they are bringing her, and shaking them in the air; this, without putting my husband's suit to a side, right on top of it! In two seconds the suit was in worse shape than it had ever been; the hair wouldn't come off! This we found out, as that lady didn't try to fix it either. Worst part is, we'd called and described the suit before going there; on the phone, no problems, and then, a one hour return walk for us for nothing at all!
