im going to say 5 because they are library you want something they provide it. simple! regardless of a mediocre selection pointed out by another certain comment, except some people seem to think its an inspection centre i.e i will say it actually GUM BALL? i didn't know it was your job to mention they need floors cleaning. that's a job for cleaners! imagine someone turning up at your house and sniggering behind your back online you need a new house because i don't like it.its not pleasant to run ppl or service down ESPECIALLY when its provided to you for free!how about spread a little harmony rather than complaints, if it was that bad why did you leave the premises without letting them know there and then, you have inadvertently created a bigger problem i.e you left it a further day for them to know that.Then again maybe the manager or duty worker deemed the floor acceptable in which case what your then doing is telling people how to do there job. not pleasant don't judge just enjoy please, a thank you and being grateful for what is on offer which is more than some ppl on this planet even get to enjoy goes a lot further than moaning and being nasty.
