Despicable organisation. Appealed again a parking charge made against someone who is disabled, terminally ill with cancer and dying in hospital. Not interested is showing any compassion. I hope someone shows them the same level of compassion when they need it.
I must admit i was in the wrong on the occasion and parked where i shouldn't have, not intentionally but still did it. The lady i spoke to was really helpful and friendly. Paid the 60 fine and was done.
A very typical parking agency which does more harm to residents than open parking would. Don't expect any flexibility from them even if you own the parking space.A response from them took around 1 month! Probably overrun with complaints...
Spoke to a member of staff assuring me that it was ok to park down a road that was not monitored by them and that I would not get a charge. Been charged, sent an email stating what the member of staff had said, no response.
An absolutely disgusting business. I have never been in contact with such a horrible, immoral and unpleasant company. Their rules and regulations are so vague it seems as if it is written by a child. They will find any excuse to give you a parking charge.We received a parking fine, and their reasoning for charging us changed 4 times in the process when we kept challenging them on it.They are so abusive! They provide us with parking passes, then give us fines for using them! Basically given us an invalid pass for living where we do, and give us parking fines for living there.Their staff do not know anything because they "just work at the payment department", with no justification of why they want 100 off you. So unhelpful, and stupid. The blokes that take pictures of the car are absolutely horrible.This whole company is a waste of space. Taking money off the vulnerable. Shame on everyone who works there!! I cant even put into words how i feel about this company. I'm ashamed i have even given them the time to write this review.Disgusting.
