Agree with other reviews regarding black bobbed haired assistant being very rude . My husband has dossett boxes which are regularly having to be redone as they are incorrect. This Saturday I rushed back from work to collect the boxes (as they were redone friday) and arrived just before 1pm- closing time. My husband had been trying to ring them for 40 minutes to explain I would be There at 1pm to collect. Door locked and lights out I knocked, and the dark haired clerk just dismissed me by waving her hand. I knocked again- she ignored me. I knocked again and she shook her finger at me. I asked though the glass how to get tablets in an emergency, should I call 101. She got up from stacking the shelves. She disappeared and got the pharmacist. He opened the door and said he'd been on the phone to IT ???? Why was that relevant? Is that why he closed early. I asked for the boxes fur My husband as he had no tablets, as they had to be redone. He argued it was the doctors fault and prescriptuon error. He reluctantly got me the tablets. I told him I was here at 1pm, he shouldn't be closed. I also told him lots of the tablets in the boxes are broken. He told me to come in and report it. He signs them off as the pharmacist!!! I left while the scowling assistant locked the door. This is not the first time. This pharmacy only survives as they are joined to the doctors and it's convenient for the elderly or disabled like my husband. They send out far too much stock of items on delivery to us, and when we advise we don't need them they tell us to throw them away!! Such a waste of money. Theresa used to call each month to check items we needed, but she's left. It was agreed with thus new pharmacist that someone would call my husband but never have. Appalling service, appalling attitude, dangerously put the wrong medication in boxes several times, and my mother in laws. I shall be looking elsewhere. Long queues and rude staff, errors and shutting early don't even warrant 1 star, it it's the least I could give. Official complaint pending.
Just a terrible service. They used to be OK but there systems have gone down the pan. Didnt even have basic medication in stock. Long waits for prescriptions. Will not be returning!
Call them when they first open they either refuse the call or don't answer the phone. The staff are insensitive to everyone and have no idea how to deal with customers who have mental health disabilities - worst pharmacy i've ever used.
The main cashier assistant (hair in a bob dyed black) is exceptionally rude. She is dealing with vulnerable people and talks to them with lack of respect or empathy. I have now changed back to the GP to collect my prescription and sainsburys will get my custom from now.
The worst patients service ever, ordered repeat prescription earlier as going on holiday and will run out before coming back. Waiting for their staff to find the medications for nearly one hour now and can't give me an answer if there are here or not... unacceptable
