I'm (really) selfishly don't want to write a good review just in case he becomes popular and I can't get hold of him next time I need his help. :)I had a problem with my boiler and but couldn't be resolved the same day. Despite his busy schedule he made time after picking up his kid from school to come to mine on his way home. He made me feel assured of the work carried out. His rates are probably the same as the going rate in Northampton but you do get the value for the level of customer service.
