was not nice being there but i was well looked after

Great pub foods shithouse waitress are very very friendly however the barman are insecure and of low intelligence and try to make up for what they lack by trying to tough..giggles.Now when I say great pub I mean the building is top notch looks like it cost a few quid as if an architect was given blank cheque that part is great wonder who pays for it?

I stayed overnight in one of the detention rooms while my bail was being negotiated, the bed was lackluster, made of a very uncomfortable plastic that was clearly made to be easily cleaned of blood and vomit. The food was half okay, the lady gave me a hot cup of tea in a polystyrene cup and lasagna through the little hatch in the door... Plus a nice hot chocolate in the morning. Overall I would not recommend you say here as the accommodation is very poor and the door is extremely hard to open once closed. The people in the other rooms were also very loud but the guy at the reception was kind enough to move them to a different room so i could get some sleep. The price of the stay is probably the selling point as the stay was free with a free cab home at the end of my stay, although, you will probably end up with a criminal record that lasts 5 to 10 years until "spent", kinda unfair but what can you do. One thing to note is that if the staff bring any knives to the station, even if they came from your house where is it legal to have them, they will give you no option but to allow them to destroy them or "we'll arrest you the moment you step foot outside of this building because they are illegal to have in public" which is a crazy loophole. You'd think that if they brought them from a legal place to the building, they'd take them back but that's not how it works I guess and you'll just have to give them "permission" to destroy them or be arrested. All in all, the stay was alright but completely made me lose my faith in the moral standing of the police force. 2/10 wouldn't recommend.

Justice Department is also responsible for running the custody blocks at various police stations across the county; the Criminal Justice Centre in Brackmills, opening August 2012, will replace outdated suites at Campbell Square and Weston Favell with 'state of the art' facilities. Custody is a vital link between the Department and operational policing; the efficient processing of arrested persons, speedy arrangements for investigatory interviews, and ensuring that detainees are ready for their court appearances all contribute to bringing offenders to justice swiftly.
