Staff were nice, food was good. We made a mistake on our order and they corrected it for us with no trouble what so ever
Cosy village style pub, food was good but room for improvement. Decor felt a little dated, I think the bathroom hasn't changed since the 70s. On the whole not a bad place, it just is in need of some refurbishment.

Food is varied and meets all dietary requirements and of a very high standard recommend the chorizo and black pudding starter and chicken. Reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere.
Excellent quality and execution of menu, food service done right! One of a handful of places that actually cook local fresh food. Definitely coming back! My only criticism would be that I would love then to stock a gluten free beer, but I fear I may go too often if they did! Lovely place, keep up the good work.
