I urgently required boxes and a hanging wardrobe to move my mum from a care home into a nursing home. I called several places this morning and was so relieved when I found access self storage Northampton. The lady on Reception was so helpful on the phone. Once I got into the store the same ladys customer service was above and beyond. Unfortunately I dont know her name, her whole approach really helped make a difficult task so much easier. Thank you.
Best security and overall service standard, one thing I found is they don't mark stairs on the maps.Remember where the stairs are if you plan to visit outside working hours.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. But could use more spaces near the lifts to insure easy access. And improve the front gate because the keypad is too faraway and you have to get out of the car to enter
