this is a complete store, it's big and everything sorted nicely, staffs are nice. Good job
be careful with the company that watches the car park...will charge you just for shopping there, not worth it....
I get my home delivery order from this store and 2 weeks in a row I have had big issues. Last week 20 items were missing, this week - I received a text 3 minutes before my slot time (1-3pm)saying they were delayed by up to 2 hours. Fine, at least I know whats going on. Skip to 6.45pm still no delivery. I rung customer services just to be told my order had been cancelled. How is it okay to NOT RING ME AND TELL ME. NO text. NO call. NOTHING. I'm apparently supposed to be a mind reader and know. Very very poor staff in the delivery department clearly too lazy to let their customers know not to wait in all day.
Handy being where it is but the new self-service tills are terrible, spent 20 minutes there with about 15 items because of the "unexpected items" when nothing new had even been placed in it! Also, no toilets in store and they no longer sell blu-rays....odd decision!
Definitely been in better stores. The only asda I have ever been in that has no public restroom. Poor show Asda. The grounds are big enough to have extended the store for this. Staff were average at best. Will not use this store again.
