They are very bad company, always late and if you call to complain for the time they just cancel you buking. The person on the phone is very rude and an profesional. I asked way my taxi is so late he sad get the bus... hope someone make him show how to talk to people and this happens several times
We were visiting Northampton on Saturday to attend an event. I called to book a taxi to pick us up from our hotel in the afternoon, and already had our return trip booked via the app.The first taxi arrived on time, as advised by text. The car was clean, the driver was polite, courteous, and accommodated our bags in the clean boot.We wanted to leave the venue earlier than our initial return booking, so booked another taxi using the app, cancelling the later booking at the same time.Again, the information was brilliant by text, plus I could follow the driver on the app. Another clean, tidy car, polite driver, providing excellent service.All round excellent service, especially being informed of the vehicle by text.
Never use this company again.. had booked a 7 seater to collect me new years eve and a normal car turned up..also booked a 7 seater to collect me at the end of the night and when I phoned up he told me it wasnt booked..he was very rude on the phone and hung up on me.What a shambolic bunch and very rude hanging up on customers and not even getting bookingsright even tho I'd rang twice to confirm a mini bus was booked.I shall stick to bounds in future.. at least they get it right
Most the time I used to have friendly drivers however some where rude and used to speed and drive Wrecklessy one driver even took an photo of my address wich rose my suspensions . And then some use there job phone thing while driving. Rather not mention the woeful operators. Yet alone sending a huge mini bus for my mum who had a broken sholder and the driver outran an ambulence and thrown my mum in the door when it was clear she had a broken sholder never useing amber again hate them. 50 mph down easten avenue south is discusting when it is a 30 mph zone!
Have used this company for the last 5 years. Airport runs and around town. Always on time, polite from booking to the driving. Wouldnt use anyone else. Great team.
