I visited Northampton train station this morning since the refurbishment. The ticket staff member named Simon was so helpful with identifying the best deal and best trains to use for my journey to Barnstaple at 08:55. Well done Northampton Train Station for employing a staff member who went over and above the normal duty. Chris
Some staffs are not helpful, they don't really know their job. I was sold a wrong ticket and I almost got a 40 fine because of this. And it took me 2 extra hours to complete my journey.

When i go to London by train, the train line was under repair and my travel to London was to long - about 4 hours, with 4 interchanges... But usually from Northampton to London you can go about 1 hour and 40 minutes. (Now it is faster than bus).
