I limped off the motorway in my large van . I had lost about 20ltrs of fuel and was very worried about the prospect of being 100 miles from home didnt know anyone or have any breakdown cover. I called around , but being a Saturday evening it was proving very difficult to get any help. Then I called auto solutions . I think it was the owner who took the call , but anyway . He answered the phone and listened to my problem with the van. He understood my predicament immediately, and did not hesitate to reassure me. He took my location and sent me his for the sat nav. He told me not to worry and to come down and they would take a look. I arrived within about 15 mins. This guy went out of his way to get me back on the road. He took a mechanic off of a job and asked him to take a look at mine. The mechanic was brilliant , and found the problem straight away . The garage fixed the issue within a few minutes , and refused to charge for it . I am completely humbled . It could have easily cost 500 to get the van recovered and more to repair. Ive never been to Northampton before , but my first and lasting impression will be unbeatable. thanks to these guys. I was able to get back home safely, with nothing more than some lost fuel. There are not many places that could even Come close to this level of service and care that this place gave me ......Thank you so much Auto solutions!!!
