Won't be going back there for my next Mot and won't be recommending my friends to go there. Told to buy new headlamps as the ones I had were out of focus and couldn't be fixed only to have them done at a different garage in less than 15 minutes and for 15.

Had appointment at 12:00 for two tyres fitted. I was the only customer at the garage and I had to wait 1 hour and like a bonus they scratched my AMG alloys . Awful service. Never ever
LAND ROVER TECHNICIAN REVIEW OF IN TOWN AUTOMOTIVE.I work for Jaguar land rover as a technician and my parents recommended this place to get my MOT done cheap by a so called friendly caring business. This is not the case sadly. I was told aspects of the vehicle required some repairs to pass the mot. Being a technician I carried out the majority of the work myself. But when the lady on the phone tells you its the whole of the rear brake pipes that need changing and give you a quote for the repair you would think that they would carry out that work. WRONG they want your and will lie to you just to make it sound like its a big job. Came to collect the vehicle and found out it only needed a brake flexi hose which I could have done myself. I tried getting some of my 189 that i was quoted back but nothing. After 10 phone calls to this business I received nothing back from them after multiple promises from them. They only want your money and will lie to you no matter what. If you want a decent service avoid this place at all costs to get the satisfaction that the work carried out is the correct way. This is coming from an EX MILITARY MECHANIC and a current employee of Jaguar Land Rover.. Worst Garage in Northampton.
