First time I've used them for about a year.firstly the service was good.very clean and satisfied.but my problem is firstly the guys was smoking whilst doing my car.that for me ain't a good look.sorry for smokers out there but you do that when you get a quick break.my biggest problem is the fact the guy cleaning my rear boot door slammed it shut hard resulting in broken clips in the underneath the boot door itself which my garage told me when I took it there Saturday morning. thinking something was major I emptied the boot and couldn't find anything.only taking it to my garage they found the problem straight away.for that reason I won't be going there again.only gave 2 stars for the fact my car was done well.so my advice to anyone who has a solid well made car is just watch them because slamming my boot door caused a problem and don't want that to happen to someone else.that's my advice.I won't be going there again.all of this happened Tuesday and went to the garage the Saturday which the problem was sorted but never again will I be going there.

15 and my car is spotless inside and out. Would not hesitate to go back again.
They don't even deserve one star... If only I could post with a no star rating. I took my car for a full valet, for which I paid 60. I was told to leave my car for 3-4 hours. After returning I found the same old marks on the seats which showed they hadn't cleaned the interior. I mentioned this to the staff who apologied and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back and found the car, still, hadn't been valet cleaned. The car had dirt remaining on numerous areas. I spoke to the manager who apologised and knocked off 10. I paid 50 for a 15 job (the price of a normal car wash). I'm extremely disappointed as the last time I came here they had done a wonderful job and I was expecting the same level of service.
They do a good job, nice people. Could be a little more thorough. Found a plastic bottle and old receipt under car seat after leaving. Not a big deal but just being honest. Will go back because they do a good job overall
