Terrible customer service, awful clean. Unfriendly staff, the lady told me that I needed a gold clean if I wanted her to clean the inside of the car. I didnt receive all parts of the gold clean either.
Having rubber mats i was expecting to have them jetwash, but the ladies there just wiped them with wipes. When the car was done i spotted so much dirt still in the car, when i showed the ladies, they told me thats how we wash the taxis.When i told the manager, he came with a wipe again to clean. i had to literally show them where to clean.In the end he gave a comment saying happy now. AVOID,
All around good service.I did think they could have been a little bit more thorough due to the fact I was left with dirt and marks left on my wheel arches.
