People may have had issues with the phone but this is definitely not a scam. This is an actual county court, and CCJs from here are real and need to be paid. Ignore reviews calling this a scam, if you decide to ignore letters from here you'll ruin your credit score
The claimant a Car Park Management company took an unpaid fine to the Northampton court and the court wrote to my old address and presumably, as we had moved, the letters were never received so the judgement was entered against us. This affected our credit rating. When I called the court to query as to why this was done, they said the claimant sent the letter to the address the claimant provided. This is absolutely pathetic as we have to pay the fine of 250 to rid ourselves of the fine and in order for the court to look at it again and tell them how stupid they have been, we have to pay another 255. How is this justice ? I am really disappointed with the legal system of this country that allows a car park company to take an unjust claim to court and win.
Extremely frustrating. No intelligible assistance at all and I had to wait for ages on three calls. Sadly none of the operators were able to assist me and one hung up before even taking the call so I had to do it all again. Are they being paid / bonuses on how many calls they answer but no-one knows they have hung up just to get a higher call count? One said they would send me an email within 2 minutes. This was never received. I have wasted half a day trying to get an answer to a simple question.

I have called these guys twice, and they have been pretty helpful and professional. They also seem to have recently updated their phone system so that you no longer feel like you are trying to to contact pluto , subsection will-they or-won't - they-answer. By the way, even if they were offering a stellar services, I doubt they would get good reviews. They are basically collecting debts, not a business that makes people glow with happiness.
