The british legal system is a joke. Like most of the country really. It makes soviet russia look like paradise. I cant describe it. They have all the procedures and infrastructure and funds and overeducated workforce in place, and yet still manage to screw it up somehow either through subconscious bias, incompetence, or just ignore you under the sheer weight of the system that is never efficient or pleasing. Even if youre a claimant with a genuine case and you win justice, you still feel like you lost at the end of it? Its twilight zone stuff i really cant put my finger on it.
Takes 25 minutes before an understaff court office picks up the phone.Clearly this is a badly managed institution. With least consideration of its clients. The court sends out demands without consdeconsi full facts. It's a joke, it should change its name to play school.
What an ignorant bunch of power cravers these sad people are. They exist only to serve the parasitic parking companies and have no ear for reason or good sense. They are totally biased in favour of the parking companies and showed no interest whatsoever in listening to what I had to say, even though I had solid proof that I was more than 100 miles away when I was supposed to have overstayed in a car park in my home town. The whole set up is there to cause as much aggravation and milk as much money as they can for their cash cow parking company partners...They may have good educations but they are solid proof that education is no guarantee of good sense.
I've got the "Removal Notice" (JBW ref no 5232801) from JBW bailiffs, "working" (stealing) on behalf of this Court, with the name of the PREVIOUS tenant (Ihab Iskarous) on it...I've phoned them to say that I am THE NEW TENANT, they've asked for utility bill or council tax bill as the proof that I am the new tenant, Frederic Fiegenwald Coy...I've sent BOTH of those to JBW bailiffs, but they DENY RECEIVING IT...then my lawyer sent it to them but I still didn't get any acknowledgment of the receipt and the so called "enforcement agent" (obviously just a burglar) calls me "German pig" and "kraut" (implicitly aware of the fact that I am not Ihab Iskarous but Frederic Fiegenwald who DO NOT OWES THEM ANYTHING!) ..."enforcement agent" (always drunk burglar) also proudly brags that "mistakes like that one often happen in this country" so I went to German Embassy that is here in London for all volksdeutsche, regardless of nationality, in my case British, and I've got an advice on how to exhaust all instances of national judiciary and hand over the case to the EU Court, and the assurance that German Embassy will get involved if drunken "bailiff" (burglar) keeps on calling me "kraut" and tries to steal my things although he obviously knows that I am NOT Ihab Iskarous (the previous tenant who owes them some money).
