Please please a warning to others Don't see manu philip if possible. He is very dispassionate with no people's skills and quite frankly was brutal in extracting my tooth! I realise it's no walk in the park but at least stop when I ask and don't just ignore me. It has left me traumatised and I will apsolutley not return.
*** update *** my husband now has his dentures and we are all so pleased with the result. Dan in Corby is amazing!! Thank you so much Dan and Jo. He is now able to go the denist alone :) My husband is a very nervous patient and has not been to a dentist in 10+ years. Dan in Corby and his assistant Jo have been amazing and patient with him. Listening to his needs. He has always had me stay with him for encouragement and to calm him. He was referred to have a few teeth out at the front of his mouth as he needed and wanted to be sedated as was 6 or more teeth. Dan didn't feel comfortable taking the front ones out. My husband was told he would be sedated and as always I was allowed to accompany him. Having us both take time off work we attended the referral. To be told he won't be sedated and I am not allowed to be in there in accordance with their policy.... how can the same company have different polices. Communication was clearly poor. However thank you to the team in Northampton as my husband did manage to have his teeth out and said he was pain free and the dentist was quick and supportive. All the stress of those 20 mins was upsetting and left my husband with a headache but at least he had it done.
Fast and efficient private dental emergency removal of infected wisdom tooth. Second visit 6 months later for removal of nerve and antibiotics. Highly recommended private service.
I had been in pain with 3 teeth since May this year, finally I was referred to Manu Phillip and had my appointment yesterday. He took no longer than 10 minutes to extract all 3 teeth with 4 prompt injections, where my previous dentist had worked on my mouth for a solid 45 minutes, injecting approximately 15 times and prodding around with no results. Very happy with Manu, thought he and his dental nurse were fantastic.
Corinna is a very caring pro-active dentist who sees our whole family from little toddler to teen to very anxious parent and is great with all. I had no trouble getting emergency care or booking new apps by phone.Reception are busy so not chatty but I've never heard them be rude.
