Rude receptionist and very abrupt. Pushed into seeing hygienist and left a deposit. Unfortunately unable to attend as work commitments. Rescheduled but still unable to get the time off to attend very limited days and times. Still had no refund under there policy. Wished I never set foot in the place. Also Daughter had serious issues with dental anxiety initially dealt with fine but then referred to another dentist. Why? Surely finish the job
Receptionist isn't helpful with an attitude like she got out of bed the wrong side and stepped into a massive pile of dung. Inflexible with appointments so children has to attend in the middle of school not at end or start. Cancel appointments without notice. Not happy
1st appointment at Chichele House. Orthodontist very kind and proffessional. Receptionist abrupt and quite rude. Her customer service and manner leaves a lot to be desired.
Just had a tooth pulled and my dentist was friendly and very reassuring as i am a difficult ans nervous patient. Can't reccomend enough
Trying to book an appointment and been "on hold" in their "we'll get to you shortly" phone system for an HOUR with repeated message.Dentists are great, customer service experience at reception is extremely poor.
