I and my family still on their list but will be 100% sure to move from this firm as its gone so down the drain since new year has popped in.All I can say people do not register with them as you will waste phone credit and your precious time of your lifeReason 1 if its emergency You need to go doctor link then give all of your issue online Reason 2. 1 week for appointment sure someone's gona wait 1 week I bet people who work there don't even use the firm their self but get them receptionists will make other public wait whether they are dead or alive but if you go to NHS they say you could of go to your local practice for that issue so yeah there is no win you die I'm just thinking why the hell did this firm chose this dramatic way of giving appointment out to their clients.Doctor le maestro if your reading this may God help you in every aspect to save your business going down the drain with your new system and you have 3 to 4 receptionists working for your firm and yet you need doctor link to solve your problem what are you paying them for to sit around and have tea coffee and say to all customers Join the doctor link you be better no I don't think so good luck i will make sure all my family and friend avoid your firm from now on so
Use to be a fantastic surgery and the doctors are helpful and lovely, as are the younger receptionist, very sweet and helpful, however since this ridiculous doctorlink services have come in, even though it won't allow me to sign in, when I ring up and Debbie answers I get spoke to like a piece of trash, and told to ring 111. Generally considering moving surgeys because dealing with chronic illnesses and this rude degrading attitude is really effecting me, and 111 are confused and quite shocked I'm being made to ring them.
I used to find langham place surgery a very reliable practice, I've been using this practice every since I was born up until now and I'm 19. I'm very disheartened and disapointed to say the receptionist is beyond rude and to book an appointment over the phone is beyond ridiculous for the amount of time you have to wait for someone to even pick up the phone, considering the symptoms I have are easily fixable with a doctor's visit.
The doctors are great, but the reception staff are often quite miserable and unhelpful. It also takes weeks to get even a telephone appointment. Not good enough in my opinion.
I registered here after a horrible series of bad experiences at st Lukes. The service provided by langham place is unbelievably good compared to my old docs, I call and get an appointment the same day, a face to face appointment or a phone call, perscriptions are mostly ready on time too. The staff are a bunch of older birds who remember what its like to give a proper and personal service, just whats needed today. Keep up the good work everyone
