Was handy and informative, but couldn't be more rude if he tried when I said I didn't want to buy the item I enquired about. Didn't even say goodbye he just cut me off
The shop layout really does suck if you're trying to buy an accessory. Some store employees will actually lie about not having stuff when you end up finding it later this has happened twice now on for computer speakers and the other time was a cable. There are some really good employees like Oliver we had a full conversation and could help me figure out the perfect keyboard.
Been to the store to purchase a laptop up to 700, on three occasions, not once did a sales attendant come over to me to offer help and guidance in making my purchase. I spent between 20 - 30 mins during each trip to the store, wasn't even that the attendants were busy, it's almost that they couldn't be bothered to talk to me. I also saw and heard other customers sharing the same sentiments. Attendants standing and talking amongst themselves, but not engaging with customers.I was so dissatisfied that I left empty handed, thought to myself, why should I part with my hard earned money to people who cannot even spare the time to speak to me! They've pretty much got the whole high street business without any real competition so service has gone out of the window! Spent bundles of money at this store of the years, but just fed up with this total disrespect!
Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Prices are insanely high. I would advise before handing over wads of cash call round some of the local companies
