Fantastic customer service and a great experience all round! I went in with absolutely no knowledge of what I needed (had just bought a Midland Alan CB Radio and needed and aerial and fitting kit)The chap behind the counter was a fantastic help, looking over my truck and even trying to figure which aerial would be best due to what equipment I had fitted to the roof. He gave me knowledge on how to mount the radio in the truck, what would cause interference and how to avoid this, as well as explaining the different levels of technology to me. My only regret was not realising they were there and buying my radio from somewhere else beforehand!They have just earned a very loyal customer and I will be back for all my requirements, as they do not just supply radio equipment.
