This is hensmans response to a complaint .... unprofessional and sarcastic..says it all. Dear Tania Thank you for your email. I have spoken in length to James and Lisa, who had made me aware throughout your complaint. I have looked into your client history to see that almost every visit to Hensmans Milton Keynes and Northampton has resulted in the need for you to return for a re colour. I feel that the Schwarzkopf colour range that we stock does not appear to have the colours you are looking for.I am so sorry that you feel we have not been able to achieve your target colour.We therefore totally understood your request for a full refund, which including the shampoo and conditioning products you took home. please use these with our compliments to restore the condition of your hair in preparation for your colour service booked at Christian Wiles I am so pleased you have found a hairdresser that you feel is totally able to interpret your hair colour requirements.Kind Regards Julie HensmanDirectorHensmans

Stunning salon and really friendly staff, I visited for the first time today and was looked after by the lovely Fabia, I can honestly say that's the first time in years that iv had my hair cut and finished as I wanted it and walked away truly happy! I'll definitely be coming back again :)
