Went into the salon visibly upset after a bad hairdo earlier that day, the stylist was very rude and abrupt with me throughout the appointment and he made me feel powerless and stupid. He also kept complementing other clients hairdos but said nothing nice about mine to the extent I had to ask for reassurance that mine was ok which was barely given. Any conversation effort was sharp and abrupt. When I described the haircut I wanted he kept sneering and rolling his eyes and wouldn't listen to what I asked. Also, when I said about my bad haircut and being upset he laughed at me and made me feel dumb . Don't reccomend.
I'd recommend Naked Hair & Beauty.I've been going to get my hair styled for a long time now and I always receive a great service. Matt and the team take the time to listen to what it is that you want to achieve and discuss your options through with you. They offer a friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere and always strive to ensure that you leave satisfied. In short - go Naked!
Have been going to the salon since July and cannot fault any of the team. Matt in particular has been incredible and I honestly would not go anywhere else. Everyone in the team are just wonderful and supportive and give you brilliant advice with your hair whilst still keeping with what you want. Matt is a true inspiration and one of the kindest and talented people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I will always recommend this salon to everyone. You will not be disappointed!
Went in today to ask about perms, the guy behind the desk looked me up and down smirked and basically laughed in my face.He questioned me ALOT, all I wanted was to book a consultation with the lady that actually does the perms, but after all of his rude obnoxious comments he just gave me the shops business card/flyer and told me to call that number. Why couldnt he book me in for a consultation? He just made me feel completely embarrassed and unwelcome, I went to the Shades salon down the road and she was so lovely and welcoming and booked me in for an appointment.Will not be returning simply because of the rude staff!
Mat ... gave me a wash and blow dry which was the most wonderful my hair has ever felt. Bouncy and full of life again. I would recommend an appointment with Mat to anyone. At Naked hair salon you are made to feel pampered and special. Such kindness alongside professional help and expertise in today's fast paced ever moving world, is an experience I shall never forget.
