Great salon. Ash has been cutting my hair for a while now, and I am pleased every time. It is great value for money - booked in again next week!
Arrived for my 9am appointment and still waiting outside at 9.30am the shop was still closed. I had been sent a reminder text the day before about my 9am appt. I have seen a few reviews about poor timekeeping and lack of respect for customers and I can confirm this is true.
The cut itself was fine but the service overall wasn't great or what you'd expect from a hairdressers. No one even said hello until I spoke first or 5 mins into the cut. First I waited 10 mins after my appointment time for anyone to acknowledge me and then once i had my hair washed I then was sat in a chair waiting. The wet towel was left around my shoulders soaking my top and hair wasn't brushed off my neck- I also noticed another lady with short hair leaving with loads around her neck. Like i said, the cut itself was alright (Thank you to the hairdresser but i wasnt made aware of your name!) but the service just wasn't there.
I scheduled a hair appointment for a wash cut a blow dry. I arrived early and waited for 40 minutes. 30 minutes after my scheduled time they told me they didn't have time to blow dry/ style my hair and could only do a wet cut. Other people came in and were seen straight away before me. I felt as though they did it on purpose, as there was only 1 customer in the store at the time. There was also hair that had not been swept around the salon. Would not advise. Do not trust them with my hair. Also felt like they pick and choose who's hair they feel like doing.
Great love it there! I have Danielle do mine. My Fiance has Ash do his. Really good hairdressers and very friendly people.. Always have a good laugh with all the girls..Always go back as they do it just how we like it!
