I myself was given pain killers again after having had them 10 minutes before after a c section, my son was given Calpol then they went to give it again a few minutes later....... my husband has monthly treatment in hospital and yesterday was given the wrong strength no excuses train the staff better disgusting will end in a fatality one day. When I complained about what happened to me I was fobbed off told I must have been mistaken even though my husband and mother in law were in the room
Unfortunately over the last year I have had to attend the Northampton General Hospital on many occasions not only for treatment as an out patient but also for an operation as an inpatient and having to attend the A&E on two occasions. Every single contact that I have had with staff has been professional and courteous, my appointments have always taken place on time or within a reasonable time. I cannot thank the doctors and nurses enough for all their care attention and treatment they have given to me.
Staff on Rowan Ward have been very helpful and reassuring in their care of my elderly father, just posting this here to let them know that it'd very much appreciated
Was here with my boyfriend, the doctor here were very kind and explained everything in detail and clear. He tried to make my boyfriend relax by chatting with him about daily life ( tho I knew it was a procedure) with a bit of joke which I was really appreciated as my bf was straggling about his illness. Despite the waiting time for 4 hours, everything was good.
Parking is really good ,loads of spaces.Accsess for scooters is really good .Its just a pity the care provided isn't up to much . The nurses haven't a clue what there doing and the doctors are like ghosts ,you never see one .thank goodness hubby has been discharged and can relax at home and get better
