Don't use this company. They charge extortionate amounts of money for existing conditions, and don't pay up to a grieving widow for a cancelled holiday due to the death of her husband. If you won't pay up, decline people with existing conditions. Dishonest, rude and definitely not compassionate people.

Ok company if your fit and well told them my wife was being TREATED for cancer , not terminal and they are not interested refused cover .Looked online loads of other companies all willing to insure her AND much cheaper .With one in two of us at risk this company should be ashamed of the way they contact there business.Talk about let's not talk about cancer Staysure don't even accept non terminal cancer as a illness
The staff were friendly and helpful. I spoke to Sean to take the policy out and he was efficient at setting the policy up and the email arrived promptly after finishing the call. The policy was very reasonable despite having pre-existing medical conditions and the quote process was painless with straight forward questions. I will come back next year for a renewal quote.
