ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOOD AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE!!! Food delivered was cold when calling to explain they got the driver to return then had him go back to the shop with the food to assess it??? Like it wouldnt be even colder by that point?!?! They then called back and said the kebabs are cold but because the chips are not then they will not return money because the chips would be the first thing to go cold?!? How is that even logical!?!? To admit the kebabs are cold but refuse to return money because the one thing that comes out of a boiling hot fryer is not! That none of the food could be cold? Honestly I am just so baffled by this whole experience with them. Oh and then the best part of it all not only we cannot have our money back but they then refused to deliver to us and said if we dont come get it we are not getting anything back!!!Worst food establishment ever encountered in my life and I never write reviews but this just had to be done because of the sheer cheeky of king kebabs! We ended up going else where and spending more money on food just so we didnt have to encounter this terrible service or food.
ZERO FOOD RATING!!!! Absolutely appalled by the food and service from this take-away. The food arrived very quickly we ordered two kebabs and a portion of chips. The kebabs arrived and were luke warm. I called to complain and was told a driver would be back to collect the food and they would refund if it was cold. I knew there was no way they would admit to the kebabs being cold. King kebab rang me back and told me the food wasnt cold because the chips were still hot. They refused to refund me and said that they wouldnt be sending a driver out with my food so I would have to go to them if I wanted my order. There was no way I wanted to eat any food they wanted to serve me. We ended up going to another take out.
