Came all the way from Birmingham to try as the daughters at Northampton uni and been raving about it. Best take away ive tasted. Everything tasted fresh and had flavour. Dont normally do chicken balls because of the batter but they were excellent they're kind off in a doh. Chow main fresh veg the meats all had different tastes and one of the best satay sauces.
The food is excellent ... but they insist on making you use the BIG Foodie to place online orders and state there is a 10% discount.. but the prices seem to be higher than in store... and the BIG FOODIE is an awful experience for ordering food. the payments fail time after time and it just took me 8 attempts to order leaving you unsure whether you have paid multiple times. As the Ruby chose not to accept card payments in store, this is VERY poor customer service

Good quality food always served. Always collected food from the store, never delivered so can not comment about delivery times however they make the food within minutes of ordering. Again food is good quality and 1 portion is enough for 2 adults and for the price it is just amazing value. Only thing is the customer service but the place isn't trying to attract that kind of custom. I go here regularly, definetly worth a try.
