Reptesemtatives of Harrington Aviation Museum invited to their annual summer BBQ & look round their ever growing WW2 artefacts on the Eastern perimeter of Sywell aerodrome. Period 1020/30s buildings & WW1 & 2 aircraft tto see flying & static & other memorabilia. Good time had by all.

We run a business that keeps us VERY BUSY during the summer months. One of our deliveries this year was to Sywell and we decided we would visit the museum when we got quiet. So looked up your opening times and you are closed for the whole winter.
What a hidden gem!I had no idea so much interesting stuff could be packed inside a nissen hut.And free too.... Well worth a visit and a donation too.
