Great pets hop, great boarding facilities, so much stock too. Animals all well cared for and very knowledgeable staff. Garden Centre means a little expensive compared to Internet but great to visit and large macaw roaming shop is really lovely. Better than pets at home.
I have just had a terrible experience in this place. They had some mini fish tanks with 2 prices on them, one was for 29.99 and the other 3.99. Every customer knows what happens when this is the case and what they should do. The woman Alison, refused to sell it to me at the lower price advertised - I was pretty sure that they legally required to do this. Apparently my mistake was to let them know before purchasing. what I should have done is paid the 29.99 and had them refund me and then I would have been in my rights. They were remarkably rude about it, didn't honour the lower price advertised, which just would have been good customer service. Having someone laugh in your face is not a nice experience and got me quite riled. Having spent lots of money with these guys including buying 3 budgies, full cage and accessories and all the feed from there before, I will not spend another penny with Bruno's again. They clearly forget that consumer rights and customer satisfaction come very close to each other. Alison and Ryan very rude individuals. Well done, you knew your rights because I had not paid for the item yet. I hope this terrible review costs you more than what you should really have just discounted.
