We popped into this branch on the way back from a specialist vet appointment with our Guinea Pig Duke and he quite happily chose a new toy for himself! Lauren was really friendly and helpful, she loved seeing Duke and had guineas of her own which was lovely :) She was very professional and cheerful, brilliant service and great choice for Duke :D
Huge thanks to staff at Pets Corner who have kindly helped me to identify a dry food that my dog enjoys and asks to eat. This would have been unthinkable not so long ago. Their knowledge and patience have been really outstanding.
Lucy and the team have always been exceptionally helpful and welcoming to the store, ever since we had started attending the weekend puppy hours. Lucy has always been available to offer her time and advice with a one to one service, which has made all our visits great for both Arthur and us. We always aim to pop in to round off a lovely walk at the nieghbouring Firs. We highly recommend the store.
Sad to give such a bad review as most of the staff are wonderful especially the older lady and young lad at weekends (cant remember names). Always come in to get my dog food which is the same every time and every single time I get served by one lady I am pushed at the till to look at more for whatever reason. A kibble would be more practical and better for teeth or you wont be getting the flea deterrent benefits that you could from more at no point has anything been asked about my dog or our lifestyle yet I am made to feel that I am not doing best for my dog every single time I shop here. Considering I work with dogs and my dog is a working dog I do know what and how to feed him so I will continue to shop at the other store where they know my dog by name, all of his allergies and even his favourite treats.
A big thank you to all the team at Harlestone Pets Corner. They have been so warm and welcoming to the whole family and our dogs. Lucie has been particularly helpful offering us nutritional advice and support to reduce the weight of our Labrador Ellie. Along with her colleagues we have also received allergy advice for our spaniel George. We love popping in to the shop and are grateful for all your hard work to keep our fur babies happy and healthy.
