This hospital staff welcomed me and treated me with the utmost empathy, kindness, and support. Although my stay was relatively short but I was inspired by every single person that I came in contact with.
Having had manipulation to release a frozen shoulder in hospital, I was advised to attend a physio therapist, I quickly found I wasted my time and money as I had little or no improvement with the therapist I went to. I was beginning to give up hope in me ever having an improvement in the remains of the frozen shoulder, until my visiting my consultant, who recommended I go to Team Rehab.I had my assessments and treatment with Anna who was reassuring and extremely helpful. She gave me realistic exercises and practical advice to co exist with my life style. Within a couple of weeks the shoulder was improving and I am now 90% better than I was before.Great customer service and value for moneyI highly recommend Team Rehab
Really thorough and treatment has been excellent -the e mailed exercise instructions and pics are also a boon. Hope I wont be back any time soon but good to know they are there if needed!
