I'd highly recommend Aisling Peabody from the Back and Body Clinic, she treated me pre and post op. I can't imagine how long it might have taken to get to the level of fitness she helped me achieve post my op. I ended up better than before my injury!!
Could not recommend the wootton branch enough!! Am at very low point with my health and each time I leave I feel I have made more progress with my recovery!
