Very clean and tidy place. But it had a sterile aloof feel to the ambience and staff. The service was efficient but just did not do it for us. Costs are moderate and manageable. I won't be back.
Ask is always a favourite with me, never experienced a cold meal, piping hot food. The Italian authenticity never disappoints when you eat there. I live the food, an intimate dining area...not too big..so that you get a more personal service. Would highly recommend.
Went here on a Sunday evening around 7pm so it was very quiet and most of the tables were not taken though it was a smaller sized unit. Parking is available on the street next to the Cultural Quarter so was convenient. As expected, service was prompt and dishes came out on time. For a chain restaurant, I cant complain, they delivered on what they said they would. Would come back again and highly recommend this restaurant.
Very good experience here today, 17 of us met for our post Christmas meal, everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed our meals, the establishment is immaculate and the staff are smartly attired and very polite. First class experience, excellent menu selection and the meals are freshly cooked and the flavours are sublime. A 10 out of 10 score from us.
Booked ahead for a work lunch. Everything was ready for us. Cold sparkling drinks. Fast and attentive service. Food cooked perfectly. Lovely lunchtime treat.
