I went in there with my mum-in-law who is in her eighties. We were helped by a young man called Lucky, l believe. He couldn't do enough for us sorting out her sim card. The Manager, she was pleasant and helpful too.

Not sastified at all. I was always without internet and the assistant decided to change my chip without even telling me anything and when I asked about my contacts he said it was everything there. I needed to call my son and I had to go to my messages because I lost all the contacts. Disable like I am and very fragile from my travel I have to go to the O2 in London now to try to recover my contacts. This is very bad.
Good friendly people had a large too and love my new phone xx
