Fantastic service and experience dealing with all of the sales guys, would say Peter is the man to see. He knows his stuff and is genuine when talking about part exchanges and what you need for a new car etc he's also a bit of a petrol head so happy to talk anything car. I would say the downside is the test drive. Both times were accompanied and took a short route. Prices are competitive worth a look if your after a new car.
Never go here if you need your car fixing unless under warranty.Took my car here as the engine light came on. Cost 100 to stick the car into a computer which in itself is extortionate when you can get it done for 30 elsewhere. They then tried to charge me 1200 for a new catalytic converter on a car less than 4 years old with 37000 miles. Other dealers were quoting me 300-400 for the same replacement. Said i would take it elsewhere and asked them to clear the engine code which they did not do and even pushing me into getting me to pay for the new catalytic converter (saying things like if you get it done elsewhere you will damage the car). Took it to a local garage to get fixed and they told me it is not necessary, the emissions were absolutely fine and the likely problem was from a recent throttle sensor issue (which Peugeot new about) which has caused excess fuel in the catalytic converter and will burn itself out eventually. Terrible service from what i thought would be a reputable business!

Fantastic experience with Bristol Street Peugeot, Matt was incredibly helpful and not at all pushy unlike a lot of other experiences Id had with other dealerships. He provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision on the car I was interested in, being able to reserve the vehicle prior to going down to look at it was also a huge help so I didn't miss out on the car. Overall, a great experience from not just Matt but all of the people who work at BS Peugeot, would recommend highly.
