I went in there on Sunday. Ran through lots of things for over an hour. Left as they were so slow getting a quote to part exchange.They never called me back, no email- nothing. Luckily I left and went to BMW - brought a car same day. I would have still been waiting for their call.Your loss Audi.
When I first visited them they told me that I had to wait 3/4 weeks for them to take the car. A week after that, they immediately took my car. It was perfectly repaired 3 days after the second visit. Brilliant technicians and moody receptionists.
I have recently bought a new car from Northampton Audi and cannot fault them for their service, they have been extremely helpful throughout the process, they couldn't do enough for me. The sales staff are extremely friendly especially Sam who was dealing with my purchase, he made me feel at ease throughout. The showroom itself was impressive and clean. The overall experience was 5* and I would highly recommend!
