Very welcoming, service carried out efficiently. Lost a star due to valeting, paid an extra 15.00 to get inside done properly, not sure it was even done. You get a free wash & vac with service think they left it at that. Definitely won't be paying the extra again
Took my Jazz into Listers for a service and CVT judder investigation. Staff kept me informed by phone at all times. Thought that was quite good. Said I might need a 700 start clutch replacement but in the end said I could get away with a 170 transmission flush and refill and see what happens, so no hard sell. Bit pricey but then that's dealers. Cleaned it inside and out nicely as well. Generally quite happy with them.
Bought my first car today. Not even a Honda but James insisted on a big red bow. All this arranged secretly with my Dad. Wonderful surprise and such nice people. I cannot say thank you enough. Well done Listers this is a great bit of technology that involves you in knowing more about your vehicles condition. The service team/reception staff are very efficient and provide a 5* service. Ok It May cost a bit more here but the overall package beats other service centres.
