1) they double charged me2) they changed the pickup time without asking3) they changed the pickup to a time after they close4) their website lists the wrong hours (they close 4 hours earlier than listed)Edit5) the central office tried to blame me for the change in pickup time (n.b., I only booked the car and logged off the computer, nor do I have an online account to do so with)6) the reservation page has numerous issues/bugs7) as a result, my friends who are visiting from out of country and I, cannot do anything we've planned.8) as another result, I'll have to book airport hotels for my friends instead of being able to drive them to the airport (their flight is too early for any trains, so they have to leave the day before, which again changes our other plans).9) someone not me, apparently cancelled the booking10) enterprise couldn't offer another car or compensation.I was a loyal customer to this company. My business is going elsewhere.
Amazing service. Edward and Matt were so helpful on the phones and very reassuring to me when my car had a tyre blow out. They arranged for a car to pick me up from work and Charlotte the driver was there on time and diverted from her route for me to stop off at home n grab my id. Super friendly team who kept me calm in a stressful situation. I highly recommend this company :-)
Staff were exceptionally good at pick up and drop off. It was a very easy and quick process and staff were very friendly and efficient
