The service was really good. Staff were really efficient,quick and polite.
The customer service when I picked up the car was awful. The girl (blond, foreign accent) was rude and unhelpful. It felt hurried and when I asked a question she just snapped as if she was too busy to answer. I had to teach myself where the lights, windscreen wipers, etc were. In comparison, Ive used Enterprise previously and theyve always been very helpful, friendly and professional. Ill go back there in future.
nice service but if you get any parking ticket or any other ticket (Penalty Violation Charge) then they charge 40 pounds as Admin Fees and its not cumulative (i.e. if you get two or more tickets then you will be charged 40 pounds for each ticket as Admin Fees.) When I called customer care saying that my penalty is much lower then the admin fees for both the tickets they said its company policy. This is not appropriate if customer is loyal they should reduce the admin fees to 10 pounds or at least give compensation on next rental. Its better to move to other rental car providers. Enterprise is much better in terms of service, price and most important in terms of tickets as well. Never ever gonna take rental car from Europcar.

First time using this company and pleased to say very impressed. Pricing was competitive especially considering the quality of the car I was given - VW Passat - I wasn't expecting this type of car when I chose the category.The delivery and collection service is extremely useful and much cheaper then rival's similar services however the hirer does need to be present when receiving the car - this negates some of the convenience of delivery especially as I work long hours but they did deliver just after 6pm which worked out well.Overall a good experience and will be using them again.
