As a female customer I always used to dread taking my car to a garage for repairs. I'm thrilled to say this is no longer the case as the men here are polite and honest. There is no hard sell on getting things repaired that don't need fixing and they are happy to explain things in a way that I understand without being condescending. I've been here twice. The first time to get a car I'd just purchased checked over and I'm pleased to say there were no nasty surprises. The second time following a problem with my battery and again no nasty surprises!Will recommend to any females feeling a little nervous about being taken for a ride or condescending behaviour as you won't find either of those things here.
I have used this garage for several of my cars, and have always found the service to be good and the advice helpful and honest. Better still, its local to me too.I would definitely recommend for anyone that wants a reputable company to look after their vehicles!
Lovely team who are very open about costings with you and even showed me the replaced parts of my car. They may not be the cheapest but their customer care, honesty and hard work is worth it. Very impressed and will stick with them with my new car now.

Got a 12 Groupon MOT. I was really pleased with the service. Appointment was received for the following morning when I called. Despite some fails on the MOT, they made recommendations to help keep my cost down - which worked as they suggested - so a big thumbs up. They also offer collection service but I wasn't aware when I first phoned.I didn't want to reduce their start rating but couple of things I think they could do to improve their service is perhaps put a telly on in the waiting are for people to keep occupied & maybe a complementary drink/coffee machine in addition to the water cooler. I get the feeling that they don't want to use a waiting area but some customers might not have a choice and it would be good for them to accommodate them.
