I was suffering from dental phobia and did not go to any dental surgery for years , after my first visit at this practice i felt that my dental problem was addressed effectively .I have visited this practice in so many years since then Dentist has a very professional manner and treated me with respect and dignity .I challenge any person say different.Staff are extremely polite and accommodating . strongly recommending this practice.
Absolute disgrace. I was with this practice for a month or two in 2016, I had problems with my teeth and was relieved that I was accepted on the books of this surgery. However I found myself being routinely insulted and bullied by the dentist who repeatedly complained about the fact he was having to give me fillings and the cost of this to him and trying to tell me I should offer to pay for any further fillings at private costing! Excuse me but I pay my national insurance contributions and have done so for many years. If you don't want NHS patients then don't take them. But to have this complete fool who's probably earning a small fortune complain because he's had to give me a couple of fillings at NHS pricing and try to push me into giving him more money on private is a joke and he shouldn't even be allowed to trade. Eventually the idiot forced me off his books by referring me to a specialist at the general hospital and telling me he wouldn't do any more work until I saw them. of course the number on the letter doesn't work/is never picked up and after several weeks of trying to arrange this appointment with a specialist who's impossible to reach I gave up. I'm sure the dentist was relieved he'd gotten rid of me. Avoid this embarrassment of a professional at all costs
I have been looked after by this practice for several years and would not want to go anywhere else. Always sympathetic professional service. I set the challenges and I and trust them to be sorted. Thanks
