All staff are excellent and make you feel very welcome
Booked an emergency appointment for 11 am today Friday 11th Jan 2019. Arrived to practice, the staff were not aware I had an appointment at this time. I've paid and now I've been told I have to wait 45 minutes as the dentist is doing a root canal. Or come back at 2pm. I've had an hour off from work for this so I have to wait.Complete and utter terrible unprofessional service!!!! To say the least!!!!! @55h*/55
Dr fernandez is an amazing dental nurse. She talks you through the procedure and makes sure you are comfortable. She has a warm presence about her. Made something i hate attending not so bad.
Excellent dentist (Dr Whitfield) always made me feel comfortable when I had any appointments. Also when I had to have teeth taken out I was made aware of what's going to happen and the service from start to end is 10000% excellent, I'm glad I am registered at this dentist I am not going anywhere else I'm staying where I am.
best dentist i have been to by far. as someone who suffers from severe anxiety, the dentist is not the place i want to go BUT this place made me feel so relaxed and they were really friendly, definitely put my mind at ease as he (nick) took his time, didnt rush me and made conversation with me. Definetely recommend as one of the best in my opinion.
